News: Jack and Meg White make their Rock Band debut.



Jack and Meg White will make their Rock Band debut next week when The White Stripes Pack 01 is added to the Rock Band Music Store. Although Jack White's other bands, The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather are already well represented on the store.

The White Stripes Pack 01 will contain three songs and be available to download on the PS3 and Xbox 360 for $5.49/440 Microsoft Points:

  • The White Stripes Ц "Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground" **
  • The White Stripes Ц "Girl, You Have No Faith in Medicine" **
  • The White Stripes Ц "Icky Thump" **



    Harmonix also plans to add "Smash It Up (Part II)"** by The Damned and "Club Foot"** by Kasabian to the store as individual song downloads.

    All of the songs marked with a double asterisk (**) will also be available in the family-friendly Lego Rock Band Music Store.

    As usual, all of the tracks will also be available to download individually for $1.99, 160 Microsoft Points or 200 Wii Points each. The tracks will be available to download on the Xbox 360 and Wii on Tuesday, November 10 while PlayStation 3 owners will get a chance to download them on Thursday, November 12.

    Finally, the PSP Rock Band Store for Rock Band Unplugged will receive two new tracks, "Excuse Me Mr." from No Doubt and "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" from Dropkick Murphys. Each track will be able to be downloaded for $1.99 each when they're added to the store on Thursday, November 12.
