Ghost Recon: Future Soldier News: The weapon list in Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is not only large - it's impressive. Watch this YouTube video of the futuristic weapons in action.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier weapons

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is the latest cutting-edge military shooter video game to feature cutting-edge weapons. Knowing that, publisher Ubisoft has been quick to point of all of the sophisticated guns and gadgets players can use in the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC first-person shooter. It have already launched this week, but there's yet another YouTube video showing off the game's warhound, optical camo, drones and guns, guns guns, as the trailer puts it.

This minute-and-a-half gameplay trailer cycles through Ghost Recon: Future Soldier missions with quick clips of advanced military technology like semi-invisible camouflage and Black Ops 2-rivaling drones. There's no way Future Soldier can rival the sales of November-bound Black Ops 2, which also goes into the not-too-distant-future, but it's out now and that's what matters.

Guns from the future aren't the only thing that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier has going for it. GameStop Power-Up Rewards members who buy it from the retail giant can use a beta code that comes with the game disc to enter into the Far Cry 3 beta. This multiplayer beta is scheduled for this summer, and will only be available for Xbox 360 and PS3, leaving PC gamers in the lurch.
