Max Payne 3 DLC News: Max Payne 3 pre-order, Local Justice Pack DLC Now On PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

Max Payne 3 DLC Local Justice Pack

Max Payne 3 DLC ?Local Justice Pack? is now available on the PC (July 17), joining the Xbox 360 and PS3 DLC versions that had earlier release dates (July 3). As the first downloadable content for Max Payne 3, The Local Justice Pack features multiplayer areas from the game's final chapters. There are also new Max Payne 3 weapons, items, factions, Achievements on Xbox 360, Trophies on PS3 and Social Club accomplishments on the PC.

Specifically, this Max Payne 3 DLC includes 55th Battalion HQ map for all game modes; the Imperial Palace/Departure Lounge maps for deathmatch, team deathmatch and ?Payne Killer;? light fingers item for faster looting; M4 Assault Rifle with attachments; and S?o Paulo Police Faction with related avatar customization options.

For a limited time, Max Payne 3 DLC will be $5.99 on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, with the price returning to a normal $7.99 price point after launch week. Rockstar Games, of course, is touting the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass -- you'll receive the pack free of charge with that $29.99 price.

The good news is that the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass also includes the pre-order DLC: the Cemetery Map, Silent Killer Loadout Pack, Pill Bottle Item, Deadly Force Burst and Classic Max Payne Character. All of this came to the PC as DLC on July 17, allowing it to catch up to the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Max Payne 3.
