GTA 5 trailer 2: Watch Los Angeles unfold in Grand Theft Auto 5

GTA 5 Trailer News: A new GTA 5 video ready to download, so watch the trailer and read our news about what is contained in YouTube footage.

The second Grand Theft Auto 5 trailer is embedded via YouTube below, demoing almost two minutes of video and gameplay that you’ll see when the GTA 5 release date rolls around next year, Q2 2013.

The GTA 5 story is based right here in Los Angeles, or as the game calls it “Los Santos.” As in GTA: San Andreas, Los Santos is located in the California-like state of San Andreas.

While the location’s name is similar, the trailer proves that the tremendous open-world environment is brand new for the current-generation Xbox 360 and PS3 hardware. After all, San Andreas initially released for the PS2, Xbox, and PC.

Also new are the characters with their interconnected stories throughout Southern California. You’ll get a taste of Michael, Trevor and Franklin in this trailer, but we’ll have to wait until the GTA 5 release date, which is at least five months away, to go hands-on with the final gameplay.
