News: Twisted Pixel’s newest adventure will find its home on Microsoft’s Xbox One later this year.

Lococycle will be a launch title for Xbox One

LocoCycle is headed to E3 according to Twisted Pixel in addition to being a launch title for the Xbox One. The story of a martial arts wielding assassin motorcycle who becomes self-aware and accidentally drags her South American engineer on a cross-country search for freedom is not one that is easily told.

LocoCycle’s platform and release timeframe have just been revealed and neither was what anyone though. Instead of being developed for XBLA on Xbox 360, LocoCycle is in fact a launch title for the XBox One, at least at first. A version for the XBox 360 is also currently in development, however, a future release date for that version has not yet been determined.

LocoCycle is going to be in Los Angeles this year at E3 which means we should learn some more details about Twisted Pixel’s latest offering. According to Twisted Pixel, LocoCycle will run at a smooth 60 frames per second and in 1080p.

Check out the E3 trailer that was just released for LocoCycle and tell us what you think. Will you pick it up for the XBox One? Or will you wait until the Xbox 360 version is released?
