PlayStation Plus News: PlayStation Plus members get a free PS3 game this week in addition to big sales on some big games.

PlayStation Plus

PlayStation Plus members will be receiving Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee HD tomorrow as their weekly free game. Sony announced this earlier today via the PlayStation Blog along with some other discounts that you might want to take advantage of before they disappear. It is week of Sony’s Summer Blast 2013 sale and here are the details:

PS Plus Details

  • Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee HD - PS3 - Free - It’s up to you to help guide Munch in efforts to rescue fellow test creatures. These critters will be forever loyal to Munch and in turn enable his escape. Once free, Munch teams up with Abe and together they are guided by the wisdom of the Almighty Raisin. They are informed as to how to accomplish their goals, but in order to do so, they must work together. For Munch, his dream is to bring back his species from the brink of extinction. For Abe, it is to rescue his Mudokon buddies.

  • Summer Blast 2013 Discounts

  • Fast & Furious Showdown - $31.99 (PS Plus - $23.99)

  • Star Trek - $43.99 (PS Plus - $32.99)

  • Men in Black: Alien Crisis - $29.99 (PS Plus - $20.99)

  • It should be noted that with Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Sony did not specify which version is what price. Will you pick up any of these games while they are on sale?
