Cloudberry Kingdom is set to hit Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U later this month

Cloudberry Kingdom News: Pwnee Studio’s randomly generated platforming title will arrive on consoles and PC at the end of July.

Cloudberry Kingdom will be launching later this month according to Pwnee Studios and Ubisoft. For those who might not be familiar with this game, Cloudberry Kingdom is a hardcore, randomly-generated platformer. What this means is the game has infinite levels. It is a platformer designed with a fully random level generator. Every level is brand new and never seen before. The difficulty level can match any need, from the casual to the hardcore. You can also save and send levels to friends.

You will get to select from ten hero types and unlock more along the way. You can also create your own hero in Hero Factory. With Cloudberry Kingdom though you don’t just create how your hero looks, you can edit their physics as well. There are multiple game modes to enjoy with Story Mode, Free Play and Arcade mode which include Time Crisis, Hero Rush and Escalation.

Cloudberry Kingdom includes up to four player gaming with local multiplayer and co-op modes, including Bungee mode. The game also has some celebrity voice acting such as voice actor Kevin Sorbo (star of the TV series, “Hercules,” “Andromeda” and leading role in the parody film “Meet the Spartans”).

To help you better understand what Cloudberry Kingdom is all about two new trailers have been released. One trailer showcases some of the gameplay while the other is a hardcore trailer. Check the videos out for yourself and tell us what you think. Cloudberry Kingdom will hit PSN on July 30, XBLA and Steam on July 31 and the Nintendo Wii U eShop on August 1. The game will be available for $9.99 or 800 Microsoft points respectively. They have also revealed that a PlayStation Vita version is in the works and will be released later this year.
