Hitman Absolution highlights PS Plus in August for North America

News: Sony reveals their PS Plus lineup for North American members in the month of August with a mixture of PS3 and Vita games.

PlayStation Plus continues to roll along with Sony unveiling what North American gamers can expect to receive for the month of August. August looks to be a pretty big month for PS Plus members as they will receive the following free games:

Hitman Absolution (PS3)

Bit.Trip Presents Runner 2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien (PS3)

Zen Pinball 2: Star Wars Pinball (PS3 - PS Vita Cross Buy)

Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower (PSP, Compatible with Vita)

Machinarium (PS Vita)

Speaking specifically about the August 6 update, PS Plus members will receive the following:

Hitman Absolution - Free

EscapeVektor - $4.99 (PS Plus - $3.99)

Wicked Monsters Blast! HD - $4.99 (PS Plus - $1.00)

Superfrog - PS3/Vita Cross Buy - $9.99 (PS Plus - $7.99)

Additionally, there will be a big sale on Rayman titles this week including:

Rayman Origins - PS3 - $9.99 (PS Plus - $5.00)

Rayman 3 HD - PS3 - $4.99 (PS Plus - $2.50)

Rayman Origins - Vita - $13.49 (PS Plus - $6.75)

Rayman Arena - PS3 - $4.99 (PS Plus - $2.50)

Rayman 2 Revolution - PS3 - $4.99 (PS Plus - $2.50)

Rayman 2: The Great Escape - PS3 - $2.99 (PS Plus - $1.50)
