Saints Row 4 Enter the Dominatrix DLC releasing on October 22

Saints Row 4 News: Deep Silver reveals that the infamous Enter the Dominatrix DLC will finally see the light of day on October 22.

Enter the Dominatrix was DLC content that was originally revealed as an April Fool’s joke by THQ for Saints Row: The Third. It was later revealed that it was indeed real and would become DLC for Saints Row: The Third. The story goes that Volition had so many ideas and that the content was getting so massive that it essentially became too big and instead of releasing new content for Saints Row: The Third they would simply roll it into Saints Row 4.

Well, according to Deep Silver, the Enter the Dominatrix DLC is back and will be released on October 22. Those who have purchased the Saints Row 4 season pass will be able to download this content for free. For those of you who wish to purchase this content separately it will be available for $6.99.

In this alternate take on the Zin invasion storyline, Zinyak and the legions of his alien empire trap the Saints in a virtual world run by a mad AI program known as the Dominatrix. In order to thwart her nefarious schemes and escape to the real world, the Saints will have to counter her army of gimps and sex-workers, shut down her demented simulation and make unlikely allies along the way. This content will also include behind the scenes commentary and the return of some fan-favorite characters.

In Saints Row 4, Volition continues the story of the Third Street Saints by elevating their status to the highest level - the leaders of the free world. The head honcho of the Saints has been elected to the Presidency of the United States but the Saitns are just getting started. Now the larger-than-life insanity of the Saints series gets a new twist with a catastrophic alien invasion, and the aliens have transported the Saints to a bizarro Steelport simulation. You will get to wield gargantuan superpowers and fight to free humanity from alien granddaddy Zinyak’s mental grasp. You’ll have to escape the simulation that’s trapped the Saints crew, or die trying.

The second half of the Saints Row 4 season pass and final mission pack, How the Saints Saved Christmas, will be released later this year. Fans will also have the opportunity to ask the developers questions during a three hour livestream playthrough of Enter the Dominatrix on October 23 starting at 1pm Central Time on Volition’s twitch channel (www.twitch.tv/dsvolition).
