Black Friday News: Amazon Black Friday deal for soccer fans includes deeply discounted FIFA 14, but time is running out for this sale.
FIFA 14 is more than half off its original price courtesy of Amazon as part of the retailer’s Black Friday promotion and Lightning Deals campaign.
The game costs just $25 for PS3 and Xbox 360 when it was retailing for the full $60 price when it released two months ago. The FIFA 14 Thanksgiving Day Sale, however, is going fast with more than 50% of the Amazon inventory claimed.
Although this last-generation version of the video game doesn’t feature EA’s Ignite engine like the Xbox One and PS4 editions, the graphics and player handling have been improved this season. Basically, you know whether or not to get this game - it depends on whether or not you’re a FIFA devote.
FIFA 14 Black Friday sale to expire soon
Another great perk besides the Black Friday sale is that EA decided to get rid of its annoying passcode system for playing sports video games online. That means this $25 discount is still going to be worth something when you turn it into Amazon or GameStop, knowing the next player doesn’t need to pony up extra dough to enable online functionality like multiplayer.
Whether you’re planning to buy FIFA 14 for Christmas for a loved one or perhaps yourself, act quickly, as this Amazon Black Friday deal is about to expire. Read more Black Friday deals throughout Gaming Target as we’ll be updating all night long.
