News: Sony reveals that PS Plus members will be receiving two games this week with one of them being on the PS4.

Dead Nation Apocalypse

A new month is upon us which means PS Plus members will be getting free games on all three of Sony’s different platforms. Beginning tomorrow PS4 gamers will get to add a game to their collection as well as a popular PS3 game becoming free as well. In addition to that there is a “Spring Fever” sale going on that you might want to look at. The free titles this week for PS Plus members include:

Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition - PS4 - Run-and-gun through the zombie apocalypse as hit arcade shooter Dead Nation shuffles onto PlayStation 4. Fight for your life alone or with a friend as Jack McReady or Scarlett Blake as you step onto the streets of a city overrunwith undead flesh-eaters.And, if you’re feeling really brave, take a walk down the Road of Devastation – a deadly experiment that pushes your survival skills to the absolute limit as you face hordes of zombies with no extra lives and no second chances. The dead may walk – but you can make sure they don’t walk very far.

Tomb Raider - PS3 - This newest rendition of Tomb Raider explores the intense and gritty origin story of Lara Croft and her ascent from a frightened young woman to the hardened survivor that she would become known as. Armed only with raw instincts and the ability to push beyond the limits of human endurance, Lara must fight to unravel the dark history of a forgotten island to escape its relentless hold.

In addition to those two games being free tomorrow for North American PS Plus members the following games will also be a part of Sony’s “Spring Fever” sale:

  • Master Reboot - $14.99 (PS Plus - $11.99)

  • Awesomenauts Assemble! - $9.99 (PS Plus - $7.99)

  • Awesomenauts Assemble! Costume Party Bundle - $14.99 (PS Plus - $11.99)

  • Awesomenauts Assemble! Costume Party 2 Bundle - $14.99 (PS Plus - $11.99)

  • Need for Speed Most Wanted (PS3) - $9.99 (PS Plus - $5.00)

  • Need for Speed Most Wanted (PS Vita) - $9.99 (PS Plus - $5.00)

  • Need for Speed Hot Pursuit - $9.99 (PS Plus - $5.00)

  • Need for Speed Carbon - $9.99 (PS Plus - $5.00)

  • Need for Speed The Run - $9.99 (PS Plus - $5.00)

  • This “Spring Fever” sale is good for one week so if you want to take advantage of these sales be sure to do it before the store updates next week. Additionally, Ibb & obb for PS3 will be leaving the Instant Game Collection next week on March 11. Be sure to “buy” that PS Plus title before it leaves the IGC for good.
