Buy an Xbox One Next Week and You Could Get Destiny For Free

News: Microsoft has revealed a deal where if you buy an Xbox One console next week then you can pick whatever game you want for free.

Microsoft has just revealed a pretty great deal if you decide to buy an Xbox One next week. If you walk in to a participating retailer next week and purchase an Xbox One console then you will get a game for free. The thing here is that you can get any game for free. What that means is that you can walk in to your local Gamestop next week, buy an Xbox One and choose to get Destiny as your free game. If you aren’t interested in Destiny you could always pick Diablo III, Titanfall, Watch Dogs or any other game that you are interested in.

It should go without saying that you can only get the standard version of the game. You can not walk in to the store and get the collector’s edition of Destiny for free, for example. This deal is good for bundles that are on the market as well. If you choose to purchase the Madden NFL 15 bundle or the Forza 5 bundle then you will get that game for free that is already included in the box along with whatever other game you want for free. It is a great deal for those who have not picked up an Xbox One yet.

There are a couple of small caveats though. For starters this deal is only good within the United States. This deal will only last for one week. It begins on Sunday, September 7 and will end on Saturday, September 13. Your free game must be the disc-based version of the game. You can not get the digital version of a game with this offer. If you do want to use this offer to get Destiny for free you should obviously wait until Tuesday, September 9 to go buy your system. You can’t buy your system on Sunday and then go back on Tuesday to get your free game.
