Games with Gold Games Now Available On Xbox One and Xbox 360

News: Microsoft has revealed that two of the three free games for the month of October are now available to download.

A new month is upon us which means some new games for Xbox Live Gold members. Beginning today there is a free game available for download on Xbox One and a free game available for download on Xbox 360. The free games include:

Xbox One

Chariot - In Chariot, a princess and her fiancé descend through the royal catacombs in order to find a burial place worthy of His Majesty. By using carefully selected power-ups and relying on their wits, players must learn how to solve each challenge ahead in order to proceed on the journey of an afterlife. In Chariot, players navigate stunning, varied environments as they guide the chariot through physics-based mechanics such as pushing, pulling, riding and swinging. With increasingly complex puzzles and baddies lurking in every dark corner, only the bravest and most strategic players will make it through their quest. Alone or with a friend, Chariot offers players of all ages a journey fit for a King.

Xbox 360

Battlefield Bad Company 2 - Available October 1-15 - Battlefield: Bad Company 2 brings the award-winning Battlefield gameplay to the forefront of Xbox 360 console with best-in-class vehicular combat and unexpected "Battlefield moments." New vehicles like the ATV and a transport helicopter allow for all-new multiplayer tactics on the Battlefield. With the Frostbite-enabled Destruction 2.0 system, you can take down entire buildings and create your own fire points by blasting holes through cover. You can also compete in four-player teams in two squad-only game modes, fighting together to unlock exclusive awards and achievements. Battles are set across expansive maps, each with a different tactical focus. The game also sees the return of the B Company squad in a more mature single-player campaign.

Keep in mind that while Chariot is free all month, Battlefield Bad Company 2 is only available through October 15.
