Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious Standalone DLC Now Available on Xbox One and Xbox 360

News: Experience car challenges and more that is inspired by the “Fast & Furious” movie franchise and Forza Horizon 2.

Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious is now available on Xbox One and Xbox 360. It is a free standalone title that goes with Forza Horizon 2 but you do not need Horizon 2 to play it. According to Xbox Wire, “In Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious, you’ll be recruited by Fast & Furious expert mechanic Tej Parker, voiced by Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, to source cars for the Fast & Furious crew’s next big mission. You’ll take part in a series of thrilling car challenges set in the idyllic south of France, and inspired by both the “Fast & Furious” movies and Forza’s awesome, pulse-pounding gameplay.”

As you complete some of the challenges that are presented to you, you will unlock new cars that you can drive throughout the open world in free play. You will also be able to take photos of your favorite cars and share them via the official Forza site and the Forza Hub app exclusively on Xbox One. Additionally, once the screenshot feature goes live for everyone, you will be able to take screenshots while playing the game and sharing them with friends with a few button presses.

To download this new content on Xbox One go into the store on your console. Scroll over to "New Releases" and it should be the first one you see. Click on it and then you should see "Bundle Only." Go all the way to the right under where it says "Bundles" and click where it says "Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast...." After doing that you will be able to download it to your Xbox One.

This standalone expansion is available for free for the next two weeks. After that time you will have to pay $9.99 to download it. Once you download it though it is yours to keep forever, you will not need to pay for it as long as you “buy” it during the promotion period when it is free.
