News: Rock Band 4 is heading to your favorite gaming store in anticipation of the launch in a few weeks.

Mad Catz has revealed that they have begun shipping Rock Band 4 to stores ahead of its release day on October 6. Co-published by Harmonix and Mad Catz, Rock Band 4 is the newest installment of the popular music series. The items that are now on the way to stores everywhere include:

  • Rock Band 4 game, stand-alone software

  • Band-in-a-Box Bundle, which includes the Rock Band 4 game, a Wireless Fender Stratocaster Guitar controller, a Wireless Drum Kit Controller and a Microphone

  • Guitar Bundle, which includes the Rock Band 4 game and a Wireless Fender Stratocaster Guitar controller


  • "Since announcing Rock Band 4 earlier in the year, we have been highly focused on working alongside Harmonix, first party platform partners and our global retail partners to ensure a timely delivery of the game and its hardware and software bundles ahead of launch," said Darren Richardson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz. "We're thrilled with the positive feedback the game and our Rock Band 4 wireless game controllers have received from gamers, press and throughout the industry. We can't wait for gamers to get their hands on Rock Band 4 and look forward to welcoming a new generation of gamers to the Rock Band experience."
