News: Rainbow Studios is releasing a new MX vs. ATV game on PS4 and PC later this month the Xbox One version following after.
Rainbow Studios has just revealed that MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore is getting ready to hit the PS4 and PC on October 27 with the Xbox One version following soon thereafter. The game comes with different event types and careers to race your fully customized MX or ATV featuring 17 Supercross tracks, 12 Nationals, 2 large Open World environments to Free ride with your friends, 4 Waypoint races, and for the first time ever, Rhythm Racing with 5 tracks. Select to play as one of over 60 professional riders or create your own with the largest selection of authentic licensed gear the series has ever had.
"We are extremely proud of the quality we did reach with the Encore version, which exceeds our internal expectations – It feels like a completely new experience,“ says Roger Joswig, Producer at Nordic Games. "We’re thrilled to launch the game on PS4 and PC. We are now fully focused with bringing Encore to Xbox One.“
“We transferred our exclusive physics and terrain deformation systems to the new generation of hardware with upgraded high res graphics. We also expanded the game quite a bit,” says Ken George, Executive Producer at Rainbow Studios. “We started by updating all the gear and bikes, then resurrected and updated some popular outdoor Nationals tracks along with adding the all new straight line Rhythm Racing to make this a true Encore Experience.”
Race up to 12 of your friends online or join one of the many playlists as you compete to see who is the fastest rider around.
