To help celebrate Pac-Man’s 36th birthday Bandai Namco is releasing some new games starring the iconic character. The hit mobile game, Pac-Man 256, will be coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC beginning on June 21. Pac-Man 256 gives fans the ability to play the award winning mobile game on consoles with new exclusive features. In addition to social sharing capabilities and 10 unlocked themes from the mobile game, players will be able to play with up to four of their friends via the local co-op multiplayer mode. You will have to work together to eat all of the Pac-Dots and Power Pellets while escaping the clutches of Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde.
Pac-Man fans will also be pleased to learn that the infamous "256 Glitch" from the mobile version of Pac-Man 256 will be in the console version alongside other crazy power-ups. Lastly, to further celebrate Pac-Man's 36th birthday, their free mobile Pac-Man titles (Pac-Man, Pac-Man Puzzle Tour, and Pac-Man 256) will feature all new birthday tournaments, maze packs, and birthday discounts.
