News: Microsoft has added some big games to Xbox One backwards compatibility including some Battlefield titles and a Dragon Age game.
The first update to the backwards compatibility library in 2017 has arrived and it includes some titles that gamers are going to be happy to see. Seven new games are now newly playable on the Xbox One and they include the following:
Battlefield Bad Company 2
Battlefield 3 - Only the disc version is backwards compatible at this time due to their not being a digital version on Xbox 360
Dragon Age: Origins
Ghostbusters
Scrap Metal
The Splatters
Strania
Current rumors suggest this is only the first of some big updates that we have to look forward to and maybe we’ll finally get the heavily requested Call of Duty: Black Ops II on Xbox One. In the meantime though, what do you think of this list? Will you go back and play those Battlefield titles? Will you return to the beginning with Dragon Age: Origins? Tell us what you think below.
