Darksiders III is Coming in 2018 But You Can See the Reveal Trailer Right Now

News: THQ Nordic and Gunfire Games have finally revealed Darksiders III which will be available next year.

Darksiders III is coming in 2018 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC according to THQ Nordic and Gunfire Games. Darksiders III will take place at about the same time as the events of Darksiders II. In the original Darksiders game you played as War. In the sequel you played as Death. Now in this third entry you will play as Fury. There is already a product listing on Amazon as well and it has the following details:

Play as FURY - a mage who must rely on her whip and magic to restore the balance between good and evil on Earth!

Harness FURY's magic to unleash her various forms - each granting her access to new weapons, moves and traversal abilities.

IGN broke the story this morning with their “IGN First” program. The development team over at Gunfire Games include ex-Vigil Games employees who worked on both Darksiders and Darksiders II.

“After countless rumors, a major catalogue acquisition, and even a corporate re-brand, the team at THQ Nordic is thrilled to finally confirm plans for Darksiders III,” says Lars Wingefors, co-founder and Group CEO at THQ Nordic AB.
