Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be released next month on both current and next-gen consoles. To help whet your appetite a bit, a new story trailer has been released to showcase some of what you can expect in this new adventure. In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you are Eivor, a mighty Viking raider and you will have to lead your clan from the harsh shores of Norway to a new home in the lush farmlands of ninth-century England. You will get to explore a beautiful and mysterious open world that is inhabited by brutal enemies where you will raid fortresses, have to build your clan’s settlement, and forge alliances if you want to survive.

You will be able to dual-wield powerful weapons and relive the visceral fighting style of the Vikings. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will also have the most varied collection of deadly enemies ever found in the franchise. You will be able to shape the growth of your character and your clan’s settlement with every choice that you make. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is set in a Dark Age open world, from the shores of Norway to the kingdoms of England.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is slated to be released on November 10, the day that the Xbox Series X launches and two days before the launch of the PlayStation 5. If you aren’t planning on picking up the new consoles immediately, you can pick this game up on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and then upgrade at a later time. It is especially easy to do this on Xbox Series X with their Smart Delivery system that will have you playing the best possible version at all times.

Check out the story trailer below and tell us what you think. Will you be picking up Assassin’s Creed Valhalla when it arrives next month?
