Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Cinematic Trailer and Details Released

News: The first season begins next week on December 16th and there is a lot to look forward to for Call of Duty fans.

Season One for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and free-to-play Warzone, begins next week on December 16th. This initial season is going to be the biggest free content drop in Black Ops history and will include the following:

Operators

Weapons

Player Progression

Battle Pass Rewards

...and more

There is also going to be a new Warzone map and mode when season one launches. Additionally, there will be over 30 Black Ops Cold War base weapons, as well as Blueprint variants. There will be new multiplayer maps, new and fan-favorite 6v6 modes and playlists, the return of 2v2 Gunfights with four new maps, and a new Fireteam map.

To help you get ready for the launch of season one, Treyarch is having another Double XP and Double Weapon XP in Black Ops Cold War. This latest session will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pacific on Saturday, December 12, and will go until the launch of season one on December 16th. There will also be two free new bundles that will become available to all Black Ops Cold War players through a new pre-season offer. All you have to do is log-in between 10:00 a.m. Pacific on December 8th and 11:00 p.m. Pacific December 15th to claim both bundles, which will include:

1 Epic SMG Weapon Blueprint

1 Epic Reticle

1 Epic Calling Card

1 Rare Weapon Charm

Leading up to the beginning of season one there are going to be some updates for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War so be sure to keep an eye out for those.
