News: In a surprising announcement during the Xbox Showcase, Riot is bringing some of its most popular games to Game Pass.

A big announcement that came out of the Xbox Showcase earlier today is that they have partnered with Riot Games. Most people will probably recognize Riot from the League of Legends franchise, however, they also have a popular shooter with Valorant. This partnership is unique in that not only does it cover Riot’s PC games, but also some of their mobile titles as well. With some of these games already being free-to-play, Game Pass members will receive the following perks:

  • League of Legends (PC) - All Champions Unlocked

  • League of Legends: Wild Rift (Mobile) - All Champions Unocked

  • Legends of Runeterra (PC & Mobile) - Foundations Set Unlocked

  • Teamfight Tactics (PC & Mobile) - Select Little Legends Unlocked

  • Valorant (PC) - All Agents Unlocked

  • The partnership with Game Pass and Riot Games is a big get for Microsoft and it will be interesting to see what comes of it over the coming months and year. Would you want to see any of these games on Xbox? Do you already play League of Legends? If not, will this new partnership get you to try it?
