Today during the Nintendo Indie World presentation Chorus Worldwide revealed two narrative-focused games that are coming to the Switch. These games include a sequel to Coffee Talk with Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly and A Space For The Unbound.

“We’re very proud to be releasing Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly and A Space For The Unbound onto consoles,” said Shintaro Kanaoya, founder and CEO of Chorus Worldwide. “Working with both Toge Productions and Mojiken Studio is a daily delight and we’re confident that both of these games will warm the hearts of players everywhere.”

Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is the continuation of 2020’s heart-to-heart talking sim Coffee Talk. It will feature a fresh pot of new stories when it arrives in early 2023. In Coffee Talk Episode 2 you will get the chance to embrace the cozy atmosphere that drew more than a million people to the first game.

You will meet the diverse locals in an alternate present-day Seattle. You will become a fixture in their lives by providing an eager ear for their stories. Create latte-art masterpieces while listening to the personal issues plaguing each individual. You will be able to comfort them and provide warmth through a decorated cup of coffee and influential conversations.

"We hope players will feel at home once again in Coffee Talk Episode 2, reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones, and getting to know their stories in greater depth," said the development team of Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly.”

A Space For the Unbound is Mojiken Studio’s pixel art adventure and stars two high school sweethearts on a journey of self-discovery. A strange supernatural power threatens their community, so the pair strives to use their own newfound powers to heal those they love. As a looming comet collision approaches, rally together as a town coping with the end of the world and alleviate the communal pressures of the anxieties that follow.

You will have to navigate a melancholic reality laden with unearthly happenings in a story about overcoming anxiety and depression. Dive into the minds of others, interact with their emotions, and help improve their well-being in a lovingly crafted narrative told through richly detailed pixel art bringing the Indonesian setting to life.

“After many years of hard work, we can finally bring the completed A Space for the Unbound to you,” said Dimas Novan, director of A Space for the Unbound. “Thank you to everyone who has been waiting all these years, your passion for the game is one of the reasons we strive.”

Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly will arrive on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam in Spring 2023. A Space For The Unbound will arrive on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam on January 19, 2023, for $19.99 / €19.99 / £17.99.
