This cookbook features the tastes and tales from Tamriel for fans who want to experience the cuisine from that area. This book features over 60 recipes for any adventure.
As soon as you receive the book and open it, you immediately feel the care that went in to putting this together. The book and the pages within feel extremely high quality. Inside are some really high quality photographs of the food that you can try to make. As an example, the “Solitude Full Breakfast” looks really good and the book provides you with all of the necessary information to make it. The way the information is laid out, you can quickly see at a glance how long the dish will take to make.

There are also some really nice pictures at the beginning of each section that tells you what to expect. For example, the Sides section has a really great picture of characters in the moonlight, in addition to telling you that the recipe for Apple Mashed Potatoes is on page 137.

If you are a fan of The Elder Scrolls and you like to cook, I definitely recommend this book. If you are someone who just likes to collect gaming cookbooks, definitely pick this one up. It does a great job of including the whimsy that everyone is familiar with from this series while giving you some great recipes for tasty food.
