Here's the story; It's 2009 and Cuba is conducting its first democratic elections since April 16, 1961, when Fidel Castro first declared Cuba a communist state. This time instead of Georgian rebels you're dealing with a ruthless drug czar set on thwarting the newfound democratic freedom of the people of Cuba. You and the Ghosts are the only force capable of preventing the country from slipping back into a black abyss of communism and corruption. Good stuff, huh? It's basic meat and potatoes Tom Clancy fair, but boy is it served in a tasty way.
