News: The two will collaborate on an action title.
Sierra, a publishing label of Vivendi Games, have announced they've reached an agreement with Spark Unlimited to create a next-gen action game that will be released in 2007.
The title is currently untitled, but Sierra has promised more information will be released within the year.
"We couldn't be more excited about the opportunity to work with Vivendi Games and Sierra Entertainment. We share a common creative vision for this upcoming project, but even more importantly, a desire to deliver a truly unique and incredible game experience," said Craig Allen, CEO, Spark Unlimited. "Together with Sierra Entertainment and through the creation of an all-new intellectual property, we are able to showcase our award-winning game design on the next-generation consoles."
Spark had previously announced a next-gen development agreement with Atari in 2005. It's unknown if this agreement with Sierra is the same game or a completely separate project.
