News: New PGA Tour game coming to multiple consoles this fall.

EA Sports has announced that EA Tiburon is hard at work on Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 for the PC, PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii and DS. The game should ship sometime in the Fall.

PGA Tour 08 will bring two new innovations to the Tiger Woods series. First is the EA Sports GamerNet, which will allow gamers to "save their amazing shots, holes or rounds, and post the content online for other users to compete against." While every system the game has been announced for allows online connectivity, it is currently unknown which versions will support the GamerNet.

The second new addition is the Photo Game Face. This option will let players "generate photo-realistic game characters with no artistic skill required, by uploading photos." Again, which platforms will have this feature is currently up in the air.

We'll have more on Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 soon.
