Intimate Controllers: Touching a girl's bra equals bonus points! @ Gaming Target

Usually touching a girl's bra will get you slapped, physically across the face or figuratively with a lawsuit. Neither seems fun. Jenny LC, a New York student doing a thesis on networked objects, developed a safe and fun way to squeeze a women's bra and pinch a man's butt as part of an intimate video game.

Intimate Controllers takes Wii's motion sensing gameplay to the next level(and could take your relationship to the next level, too) with sensors built into both male and female undergarments. To interact with the Dance Dance Revolution-like interface, players have to touch one of the six sensors built into a women's bra or one of the six built into a man's boxer shorts, as shown by the Safe For Work video demo on Jenny's thesis web site.

Jenny also presented her one-of-a-kind college project to her class and she was kind enough to record the presentation. Both files were uploaded in Quicktime and worth checking out; not just for the undergarment eye candy, but also because of the giddy classroom laughter that goes along with the humorous demonstration and explanation.

With touchy, feely gameplay involving taboo body parts, Intimate Controllers seems like an innovative way of further broadening the demographic; one that most gamers out there would give a thumbs up to. Now, if only we had Jenny's numberЕ 8675309 doesn't seem to work anymore.
