News: Once again GameStop makes large amounts of money.
In their posting of fourth quarter financial reports, we learned a lot about GameStop. For one, sales went up 33 percent in 2007 to get 7.1 billion dollars in sales and an 82 percent increase of net earnings for a total of 288.3 million.
And here I thought the economy was collapsing, but it just seems to be going into GameStop.
All kidding aside, we also learned that 575 to 600 stores are planning to be opened up nationwide. Mixed this in with 2007's financial report, the company expects to grow 21 percent over the next year.
Definitely not bad for them, but my question is, where is my piece of that?
