Press Ctrl+Alt+~ to open the console during a single-player game, type in net_allowscheats 1 and type out the following cheat codes:

god
Gives you Infinite Health

give health
Gives you Health

ammo and give ammo
Gives you ammo

noclip
Allows you to walk through walls

pm_thirdperson 1 and pm_thirdperson 0
Enables / Disable Third-Person mode

g_maxproficiency 1 and g_maxproficiency 0
Promotion to and Demotion from the maximum rank
