News: Wolfmother, Queens of the Stone Age and more rock Rocktober.
Activision has announced the October downloadable song schedule for Guitar Hero 5. They plan to hit gamers with a new track pack every Thursday during the year's spookiest month with songs from Queens of the Stone Age, Billy Squier, Wolfmother and more.
Each pack will be available from the Xbox Live Marketplace for 440 Microsoft Points and from the PlayStation Store for $5.49 on the date listed. All of the tracks from each pack will also be offered individually for 160 Microsoft Points each on the XBLM, $1.99 each on the PSN and 200 Wii Points each on the Wii.

Not a bad slate, but compared to Harmonix's DLC output for Rock Band, it's actually quite sad.
