News: The store will also be home to a big PS3 game sale this week as well.



Like Nintendo earlier in the week, Sony is giving gamers plenty to be thankful for as they've updated the PlayStation Store yesterday, a whole two days earlier than normal.

In addition to a whole slew of new releases, Sony has put a Sale sign on a huge variety of games. From now until 12/2 gamers can get the following games for a discounted price:

Now $4.99 (regularly $9.99)
  • Flower
  • The Last Guy
  • Prince of Persia Classic
  • Comet Crash
  • Bomberman Ultra

    Now $7.49 (regularly $14.99)
  • Smash Cars
  • Invincible Tiger: The Legend of Han Tao

    Sony has also dropped the price this week on the Eye of Indra 2 Motion Comic from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves to $0.99 and the Killzone 2 Flash & Thunder DLC Pack will be $2.99. The Killzone 2 Multiplayer Map Pack Bundle has also been discounted to $9.99. Finally, Capcom's Fate: Unlimited Codes is on sale this week for $14.99.

    As for new additions to the PlayStation Store, Sony has added arcade shooter Gravity Crash, restaurant puzzler Diner Dash and EA Sports' Madden NFL Arcade.



    Sony has also added a half dozen PSone Classics at $5.99 each. They include: Command & Conquer, Dino Crisis, Fighting Force, International Track & Field, Reel Fishing and Backstreet Billiards.

    Finally, the PSP section of the PlayStation Store will finally have the PSP version of LittleBigPlanet available to download along with the PSP version of Tekken 6. A ton of new PSP Minis are also now available to download.
