News: Blood splattered cubes in a twin stick shooter. Brilliant!
Microsoft has announced that Death By Cube and Vandal Hearts: Flames of Judgment will be added to the Xbox Live Arcade tomorrow.
Vandal Hearts: Flames of Judgment is a prequel to Konami PSone RPG Vandal Hearts and will be available for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15). On the other hand, Death By Cube is a twin stick shooter from Square Enix that serves as something of a spiritual brother to Geometry Wars. Except this time, all of the enemies are cube-shaped and they explode in a shower of blood. Oh yeah!
The company has also revealed that the downloadable expansions to
Mass Effect will be this week's Xbox Live Deal of the Week. Normally priced at 400 Microsoft Points ($5), the Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station packs can be downloaded from now until Sunday, January 24 for 240 Microsoft Points ($3).
A rather timely Deal of the Week considering
Mass Effect 2 is going to be released next week.
