News: Available in both a standard edition and a Black Edition.
Ubisoft has announced that the PC version of Assassin's Creed II will be released on March 16 in two different packages.
The standard edition will be available both in stores and on digital distribution sites for $59.99. The inflated price is because the game is a Director's Cut that will also include the two downloadable add-ons, "Battle of Forli" and "Bonfire of the Vanities", which will be available separately on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Meanwhile, the Black Edition will be available online only through digital distribution sites for $64.99. It will include all of the content from the standard edition as well as unspecified "additional content", which Ubisoft is still keeping under wraps.
Ubisoft has also passed along the system requirements for the game, which can be found right here:
