The long-in-development Darwinia+ is finally ready to be added to the Xbox Live Arcade on February 10, according to developer Introversion. According to the company, the game's lengthy development cycle and constant delays were the result of Microsoft's demanding XBLA certification process, which they believe ultimately made it a better game.
Darwinia+ will contain both Darwinia and its multiplayer-focused sequel Multiwinia and it will be Introversion's first foray into developing a game for a console. The game will be available to download for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).
