News: Nintendo games on the App Store? I don't believe it.

What in the holy blue shell is 60 Mario and Friends: Old Games Are Back? A Nintendo game? On the App Store?

Actually, it's a sound effects app mistakenly cataloged under the Games section that rips off sound effects from classic Nintendo games. It has also debuted at #3 on this week's Top Grosssing chart and #2 on this week's Best Selling chart. Illegally using images and sounds that are currently copyrighted by Nintendo, I'm sure it'll be pulled from the App Store very soon.

As far as real games go, Call of Duty: World at War Zombies has crawled to the top of the heap on the Top Grossing chart, ahead of GTA: Chinatown Wars and Rock Band. Meanwhile, Doodle Jump continues to ride high on the Best Selling chart, taking the #1 spot for the fourth week in a row.

Here's the full top ten (top grossing and best selling) for the week of 2/15/10:
