News: With tons of other content added to the PlayStation Store as well.

Sony has posted the details of their weekly PlayStation Store Update and while they've added very few new games to the store, there's a nice variety of demos and discounts to be had.

The big news is that the God of War III demo is now available for everyone. The demo was previously available in a staggered release, first to those who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, then to buyers of the God of War Collection, then finally to buyers of the Blu-ray release of District 9. Now everyone will get a chance to relive Kratos' E3 2009 appearance as they wait for the game's March 16 release. Although that release got just a little bit closer yesterday as Sony also announced the game has finished development and has "gone gold."

Other demos available this week include the 90-minute Twilight Cathedral demo of Darksiders and a demo for the PSN game Digger HD.

Sony is also dropping two big discounts on the PSN this week as Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix will be available for $7.49 this week (50% off) and Warhawk will be available for $14.99 (also 50% off) until March 11. The Warhawk downloadable expansions (Fallen Star, Broken Mirror and Omega Dawn) will also be available for a discounted price ($4.99 each) and can be had even cheaper if you buy the Bundle containing all three ($9.99).

Finally, a trio of major downloadable titles dot the three Sony download services. Greed Corp., a multiplayer strategy game comes to the PlayStation Network. Grandia, a classic RPG from the PSone era has been added to the PSone Classics and Echoshift, a sequel to the popular Echochrome is now available on the PSP Store.

More information on all of these games (as well as other PSP and PSP Mini releases) can be found below.
