News: Because the smartass Behemoth rep said so.

The Behemoth was on hand at this weekend's PAX East expo and we had a chance to ask them about the PlayStation Network version of Castle Crashers (which was first announced at Comic-Con last year).

Their answer was less than encouraging.

Gaming Target: When is [Castle Crashers] coming out on PSN?

Behemoth Rep: Uhhh... 2010.

Gaming Target: Can you be more specific?

Behemoth Rep: Before December 31st?

Oh those Behemoth guys, always full of laughs. But the demo of Castle Crashers playing on the PSN that The Behemoth had at the show was a huge hit with fans. So whenever it comes out, there's no doubt it'll live up to the Xbox Live Arcade version, that won the 2008 XBLA Award for Game of the Year.

We'll have more soon.
