Oskari Hakkinen, the Head of Franchise Development at Remedy, has revealed to CVG that the developer has already plotted out the storyline for Alan Wake 2.
Remedy has consistently related the game's story structure to that of a TV show, with Alan Wake comprising "season one" of the story.
"We do know where season two is going to go," Hakkinen said. "Season one will have a conclusive and satisfactory ending but we will leave doors open for season two and we know where we're going to take the story."
Alan Wake will be released exclusively for the Xbox 360 next week. Any talk about Alan Wake 2 is probably premature until Microsoft sees the reaction to the first game.
