After being outed by a GameStop pre-order box, Ubisoft has officially announced that Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood will be coming to the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this holiday season.
The game will be mainly developed by Ubisoft Montreal, with the publisher's Singapore, Bucharest, Quebec City and Annecy studios lending their assistance. As expected, Brotherhood will tell the tale of Ezio's attempt to strike at the heart of the Templar Order in the city of Rome.
But the main draw of Brotherhood will be the multiplayer modes that will allow players to "choose from a wide range of unique characters, each with their own signature weapons and assassination techniques."
