News: Yoichi Wada hates PS3 fanboys.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII was announced four years ago as a PlayStation 3-exclusive. Even after its parent game, Final Fantasy XIII, made the jump to the Xbox 360, Square Enix was adament that Versus XIII would only be available on the PS3.

Not so fast says Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada.

Andriasang is reporting that during an investor's briefing in Tokyo yesterday, Wada revealed the company is looking into bringing Versus XIII to the Xbox 360.

When asked if it would be better for the company's financials if Versus XIII were to be a multiplatform release, Wada said: "We'll be looking into it internally until right before the formal announcement."

It's currently unknown when this final announcement will be or even how seriously Square Enix is looking itno an Xbox 360 release of Versus XIII.

Hopefully, we'll find out at E3.
