News: The GTA publisher plans to keep it simple at E3.
A Rockstar spokesperson has told CVG that the company will not announce any new games at this year's E3 expo.
In fact, the publisher will not have any presence at the show at all. Upcoming Rockstar titles L.A. Noire (PS3, Xbox 360) and Max Payne 3 (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) will also not be shown at E3. It's possible Sony may have the PS3-exclusive Agent on display. Instead of an E3 presence, the company plans to hold several media briefings at its New York headquarters in the coming weeks to show off its upcoming slate of titles.
"In the end, we feel we simply don't have enough time to show as much as we would like in the time available," the spokesperson said to CVG.
So, sorry GTA fans, looks like you'll have to wait a little bit longer to learn more about Grand Theft Auto V.
We'll have more E3-related news soon.
