News: Sony puts the Chronicles on hold.
During an E3 visit to the Sony booth, Game Informer learned that Quantic Dream is no longer working on the Heavy Rain downloadable episodes.
Dubbed "The Heavy Rain Chronicles," the developer had only released one episode, "The Taxidermist," before Sony pulled the plug. Quantic Dream's Guillame de Fondaumiшre revealed that Sony put the DLC plans on "indefinite hold" because they tasked the developer with making a Move-enabled version of Heavy Rain.
De Fondaumiшre further dashed the hopes of gamers everywhere when he went to admit that it's unlikely Quantic Dream will return to the Heavy Rain Chronicles, saying instead that the developer will probably move on to their next project.
