News: And still coming to the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2011.

Electronic Arts has kicked off their big Studio Showcase with the news that American McGee's Alice 2 will now be known as Alice: Madness Returns.

The game will be developed by McGee's team at Spicy Horse and sees Alice return to his twisted take on Wonderland to "uncover the truth behind her haunted past and tortured psyche." As previously announced, Alice: Madness Returns is in devleopment for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and will be released in 2011.

УAlice is a classic fiction, infinitely rich with memorable characters, places and experiences. Our approach to Alice: Madness Returns takes this colorful world and reinvents it with psychotic personalities and pervasive insanity,Ф said American McGee, Spicy Horse Games Co-Founder and Senior Creative Director. УWe can't wait to share our vision with Alice in Wonderland fans and gamers around the world.Ф

We'll have more soon.
