News: The Penny Arcade boys always come through.

Back in March, Penny Arcade creators Mike "Gabe" Krahulik and Jerry "Tycho" Holkins confirmed what all the world assumed long ago: Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice Of Darkness Episode Three was dead. The duo had long railed against companies that began "episodic" games only to abandon them partway through. Thankfully, they're putting their money (well, in this case, their time) where their mouth is and completing Episode Three... in text form.

Holkins has begun posting story details and supplemental materials for Episode Three at Penny-Arcade.com/rainslick. Updates have been promised to appear once a week (on Tuesdays, to be precise), with updates coming faster if Holkins has the time.

It's not the game we all wanted, but it's something.
