News: Treyarch tells gamers to prepare for another Night of the Undead.
Josh Olin, Treyarch's Community Manager, has used Twitter to confirm that Zombie Mode will return in Call of Duty: Black Ops:
All 4 existing [Call of Duty: World at War] Zombies maps will be included in Hardened & Prestige editions of [Call of Duty: Black Ops] as callback co-op levels!
As expected, the maps will only be included in the special editions of the game. But I have a feeling Activision will offer the maps as a paid download to those who go for the standard edition.
The Hardened Edition and Prestige Edition of Call of Duty: Black Ops will be released only on the PS3 and Xbox 360. All five versions of the game (DS, PC, PS3, Wii, Xbox 360) will be available on November 9.
