News: And it won't require Red Read Redemption to play it.
Rockstar has announced that the "Undead Nightmare" expansion pack to Red Dead Redemption will be available to download on October 26. After they ante up their $9.99 (or 800 Microsoft Points), players will be able to send John Marston in search of a cure for a zombie plague that has invaded the wild, wild west.
Rockstar has also revealed that the expansion (and all of the previous Red Dead Redemption DLC) will soon shamble into stores as a stand-alone retail release. Titled Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare, the compilation will include:
Undead Nightmare Pack
Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack
Legends and Killers Pack
Liars and Cheats Pack
All Multiplayer Free Roam Modes
Rockstar didn't give the Undead Nightmare retail version a release date as of yet, but they promise it'll be available "soon" for $29.99. The best part is that, like Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Librerty City, it won't require the original Red Dead Redemption to play.
We'll have more soon.
