News: But it'll remain the stuff of dreams for a while yet.
Back in September, Christopher Nolan revealed that he was very eager to turn his blockbuster film,
Inception, into a video game franchise. But it was all just hopes and dreams at that point.
Today, Nolan has revealed that a game adaptation of Inception is a reality. Talking to
Entertainment Weekly, the director was asked about a sequel film, but instead confirmed the existence of a video game: "At the moment, the only direction we're channeling that is by developing a videogame set in the world."
Nolan would go on to say that he's working with a "team of collaborators" on the game's development and that it's "a longer-term proposition."
So don't expect to see Inception: The Game in stores anytime soon.
