News: PC gaming classic Syberia has just been released for Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers but where are the other two?

Syberia is now available on PSN for the PS3 as well as XBLA for the Xbox 360 according to Nordic Games. Syberia is an adventure game whose action unfolds in a series of mysterious European settings. The player assumes the role of American lawyer Kate Walker, whose firm has given her the mission of purchasing a toy factory in the village of Valadilène. An unforeseen occurrence leads Kate to make a journey across this mysterious continent where history and fantasy meet and intermingle. In order to fulfill her mandate, she must track down a character named Hans Voralberg, a brilliant inventor who is apt to indulge in somewhat bizarre behavior. Driven by a passion for mammoths, he long ago left his village to pursue his dream. Her companion throughout her travels will be one of the inventor’s latest creations, Oscar, an automaton with an almost human personality. He is the driver of a clockwork train constructed from plans sent by Hans.
Syberia came out for the PC many, many years ago and it is a bit of a surprise to see it hit PS3 and Xbox 360 right now but it is a pretty highly regarded game and one you should check out if you haven’t done so before. It is available for $14.99 on the PlayStation Store as well as $9.99 for Xbox 360 and, of course, has achievements/trophies. That said though trophy hunters will be sad to hear Syberia does not have a platinum, however, it does have some silver and gold trophies. The Xbox 360 version does indeed have a full 1,000 gamerscore.
Will you be purchasing Syberia? Which console will you get it for?
