Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster Now Available on Steam

News: Square Enix has released the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster on Steam at a discounted price for the next week.

The Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is now available on Steam according to Square Enix. Both titles have been completely remastered in stunning high definition for both new and longtime fans to enjoy. For a limited time, fans can purchase the game on Steam now at a 20% discount.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for Steam includes several new features, including:

Characters, monsters and worlds refined in HD for a richer and deeper visual experience

Completely remastered and rearranged background music

All additional content featured in the Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 International Edition versions

Brand new auto-save function

Game booster features including high speed and no encounter modes

Full Steam Trading Cards and achievements

With the exception of the Steam Trading Cards it seems like the same feature set that was in the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for PS4. Final Fantasy X follows the story of Tidus, a star blitzball player whose fate intertwines with Yuna, a beautiful summoner, as they embark on a pilgrimage to save the world of Spira from the endless cycle of destruction brought on by the mysterious being known as Sin.

Final Fantasy X-2 takes place two years after the events of Final Fantasy X, following the stories of Yuna, Rikku and Paine in their adventures as sphere hunters during the long-awaited Eternal Calm.
